Can't seem to get at it without taking the guard off to check if it's clicking or not.

I did blow some carb cleaner through it, by taking the pipes off at the joiners, squirting CC in, and then a blow from compressed air.

No change in behavior.

Found it in the manual. Wastegate control solenoid valve.

Will attempt to check it tomorrow.

There are no CEL codes showing when I connect the black diagnostic connectors under the dash.

Is Primary Boost Solenoid the correct term? I have a the full service manual in .pdf, and a search does not find that term.
