yes very wraped in the choice of rims, glad crusin bought these to my attention. A brembo upgrade maybe on the cards sometime futher down the track, but no front mount as there is no room behind bar to fit one without heavy mods to make it fit.

And yes the 6sp box is a huge disappoint so far, very vauge in its pattern, clumsy and not at all like any other suby box ive ever driven before. Infact the down shift into 2nd is either hard or just wont happen at times, leading me to think its time to vist said docklands service and ask for a pls explain.
It just doesnt have that same feeling of precision that 04-08 models did. So dont know what fixes maybe out there yet for this, but i will have get this sorted.

As of this arvo 4 new contnental 235/40r19 contact sport3 now on. Picked these as the side wall is very square and makes the tyre look taller and fills the gap.And 235's dont rub at all but give the car a much needed more solid feel on the road.
Gr8 shot of the sub from will but might not get that low, just need to research those sti springs crusin suggested and i think it will sit just right.

btw the shots are of the old tyres 35 profile so now with the new tyres on it does fill the gap better

So what do you think so far?
pretty happy with the look and where this is going.

thanks will, wheels are works variance ts1 in 19"x8. yeah i know 10mm is tame but with the stupid speed humps round work(you need a 4wd to get over them) i am over the damage done by them.
might get a chance tommorow to get some prices on springs and height(may go lower yet)

hey all, update time after a quick over nite trip to our nations capital (julias world) picked up the works wheels.Very happy with the condition of the wheels (big "plus to tony) back in melb and wheels on car.
Will need to change tyres(tread depth and profile not right) once this is done i can then decide on lowering. Thinking of using existing shocks and changing over springs to bring it down say 10mm ?
Has anyone else down this before, be interested in your thoughts
pics will be up tommorow
