Auto to 6 speed conversion

So it's been ages since I've posted on here but anyway
Doing a 6 speed conversion to back up the ej207 single turbo conversion I have in the works.
So couple questions
1. what wiring needs to be spliced or re-pinned etc? I'm guessing the auto ecu needs to be tricked into thinking it's in neutral?
2. Will a wrx clutch master fit?
3. I'm guessing a 6 speed flywheel will bolt straight on?
I have the box, front drive shafts, tailshaft and shifter linkage already.
What else will I need

Random loss of power

Alright brains trust, I've got a weird and persistent problem that seems to happen on the stock ecu/stock tune.

I get random periods of absolutely no power at all, sometimes they're short 2-5mins periods sometimes as long as 30-40mins of driving, trans doesnt want kick down either, even with my foot on the floor. Also idles rough too, the engine stumbles and shakes like its got a misfire but the exhaust doesn't sound like it does, if that makes sense. Doesn't fluctuate revs at idle, stays around 750rpm just runs rough.

From what I can tell (no boost gauge) I'm still getting a small amount of boost, below 7psi, the gfb BOV doesn't open below 7psi I can hear the primary flutter.

Then randomly as I'm driving along it's almost like a light switch and it's back to normal.

I don't think it's anything to do with the engine side of things cause it doesn't do it on the Zero/Sports ecu only on stock (stock ecu has been modified by Eculabs but used to do it before it was modified)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated cause I'm completely stumped

Whiteline Roll Centre/Bump Steer kit worth it?

Hi all
I've got to change both steering rack bushes on my gen 3 wagon. Is it worth installing this kit from whiteline at the same time.

It's currently riding pretty low on BC Racing coilovers (scrubs front guards) and whiteline reckon their kit is essential for lowered cars.

I've got to replace rear lower control arm bushes too so thought I may aswell freshen the front end up a bit.

Tuning a Rev C

Hey guys
So with the Outback now running properly I'm starting to look into getting it tuned.
How have people with Rev A-C gone about tuning the ecu?
Had a chat with a bloke from Mercury Motorsport here in brisbane and he said he can do a tune using Ecutek but it's possible that it could brick the ecu apparently.
Anyone used piggy back Ecu's?
I do have a Zero/Sports tuned ecu here but I assume it's tuned for 100 octane so will probably ping it's head off on 98. Also done some research and found that most JDM tuning houses lock ecu's after tuning. Can they be unlocked and then returned?

Side note: also got quoted $3000-$3500 for full haltech elite install. Wasnt planning on going that route lol.

Cam gears out of timing

Hey guys
Anyone know what would cause the cam gears on one side to be slightly out of timing. It's an EJ206 that I've swapped into my Outback.
With the right hand side lined up perfectly

Timing belt was changed about 1000ks ago before the engine was swapped in. All genuine with new tensioner and ilders etc. Was all perfectly timed when installed.
Could this be what's causing its rough running. (Everyting except MAP sensor has been replaced with brand new genuine parts)
