DPF flashing after only 6500 Klms???

Hi guys,

the new ride, a 2016 outback manual turbo diesel, the DPF light came on flashing tonight at only 6500 ks, surely the lifetime of the filter is greater than that.

ive taken it down the freeway, sitting on 100 k and 2500rpm for 15 mins in one direction, then the same again back home.

any advice?

ill get it to the dealer but its a public holiday tomoz so looks like its going to be on wednesday....

any advice is warmly welcome!!!

2016 outback awning?

Hey guys, anyone fitted a awning to thier gen 6 outback? I'm trying to look around for kits but I'm having no luck, if you have pictures that would be sensational!
It would be a great addition for camping

Thinking of a new/ish outback

Hi guys,

I'm really keen to pick up an outback, but I'm looking at the 2014 man turbo diesel, I really like the bonnet scoop but this is the last year they did it, am I crazy for being keen on a 2014 rather than a 2105/2016 purely for the scoop? Gen 5 starts in 2014 till current

The other part of the equation is my current ride, 06 3.0RB, I'm not sure what is worth , maybe $8-14K, has anyone had a decent trade in price, assuming the above car is found in a dealership, or should I sell private 100%?

Looking forward to hearing some opinions, it's been racking my brain for awhile...

Electric seat switch block

Hi guys,

Car is 06 3.0 Liberty, both the front electric seats have had different issues, I removed the switch blocks and swapped them over, the issue with both of them is just the blocks. Anyone know where to get them? I've tried but having no luck,
