This noise has been lurking around since I took the intercooler off and cleaned it and then put it back on. Nothing else was touched.

All hoses are back on tight. Re oiled the bov and the noise is still there.

Going by the boost gauge there is no pressure loss and it doesn't effect power output either.

Does anybody know what or where I should be looking at?

I have a rev d liberty b4.

Just had a new engine put in with a rebuilt gearbox and new clutch and new driveshafts plus new rotors and pads all round.

When I go for a drive I have no issues to start off with but once hoping on the freeway and travelling at 100 after a period of time I get shuddering through the steering wheel. Not a huge amount and when I apply the brakes it does progressively get worse. Only happens around 100 though. Anywhere under 80 is fine when applying the brakes. Could this be brakes or wheel balancing??? Also.......

When I slow down and go around the back streets and turn car on full lock it makes a clunking rotational noise. At first I thought I had a flat tyre. This happens in gear out of gear forward and reverse. Only does this though after a drive... I've had driveshafts replaced thinking it was this but it isn't.

My mechanic thinks it might be wheel bearings but I don't think it is. And I spoke to the guy who rebuilt my gearbox and he said it won't be the centre diff.

I'm stuck as to what the hell this is. It feel like something in the drivetrain is loose also.

Any ideas what it could be?

Car is getting looked over this week to diagnose problem...
