In Topic: Drive by wire Lag

different lag, yours is lack of power + heavy car + auto transmission.

this is drive by wire which is computer controlled throttle position instead of throttle cable control. DBW is mapped into the ecu where your foot is on the peddle to what you want to get out of it. this is easily altered and makes a MUCH better drive.

Spot on, :) Hopefully i can get this fixed soon.

Hi,

Revzone down in Ringwood might be able to tune it for you, I got my car tuned at HP-f in Dandenong.

I do recommend either place though, good friendly people.

Cheers,

Ash

Cool Ringwood is the closest to me, I got my supra tuned at Status but Trent only has a 2 wheel dyno :(
Any idea how much it'd set me back? I understand the stock ECU is highly tunable.

1. Foot on brake.
2. Other foot on accelerator at about 3k rpm.
3. Brad Fitler the brake pedal.
4. Win?

Cheers,
Shazza

Yeah stalling it up works but i dont want to do it all the time :P

Thanks guys that's exactly what I thought :) drive by wire is ***!

I noticed the gen1-2 liberty's are quick shifting!
