Hey guys

Can someone clarify something for me.

I've read this article and the cars that are on it.

No Subaru's are included in the eligible list - is there a reason for that?

Do they not fall under the Specialist & Enthusiast Vehicle Scheme?

I was thinking of importing a B4 Legacy and was just running some checks and hit a wall here.

I'm a noob with engines, but by the name does it require a turbo to even work?

I'm not going to buy it, I was just curious to how it would work and why it's so cheap lol
