defect notice exhaust/noisw wrx MY15

hi Guys

 

I am from Melbourne Australia. I got MY 15 WRX with Invidia high performance  Cat Back Exhaust fitted,

 

Yesterday night cops pulled me off and issued defect notice exhaust/noise :dash2:

 

Surely I do not think  my Exhaust too loud. :mad:

 

 I got week to get this fixed and what should  I do :scratch_one-s_head: . I do not have stock exhaust
