I recently bought a 2018 xv with about 4500 on the clock,traded in a 2010 Outback on it.After clocking up about another 5000,I find that it is not a smooth vehicle to drive,it is not missing that I'm aware of,it just doesn't drive smoothly in the fact that it does not accelerate without some sort of jerking and even easy use of the throttle still does not make a lot of difference,on the highway using cruise control is good but driving in local traffic is poor.I spoke to a knowledgeable Suby Specialist and his response was "it's how the XVs are".Ican't believe that Subaru would make a vehicle that doesn't drive well.I am not new to driving as I started at 14 and have driven tanks,cars trucks and constuction machineary,so I have had a good variation to make a comparison on,has anyone else on here had similar problems with the XV?
