Hey mate are you located in Shoal Haven Heads? I was visiting my Gparents about 2 weeks ago there, maybe 4 and drove by what looked exactly like yours, even took a picture! It had different plates though, yellow with _ _-67-_E (What i can make out from the picture lol)
:)

Also, I dont like numebr plate protectors, I rekon they're ugly, and collect leaves and worse, dust...

Great car!

You might need some washers to space it from the boot though. (not sure) but mine did because otherwise it puts extra stress on the holes and eventually breaks off with the opening and closing of the boot! .... Unless Im the only one :P

How do you find the MP02, I have one here but haven't fitted it. The inlet appears to be 3" on the MP02 yet you say you went 2.5" catback? I am a little worried that its too big, and that fitting it might throw out my standard tune and be too loud... lol. Mark helped me out with the wheels :) I love those ones, they look great on Silver or White.

nice suby wagon...i like 4 pot brakes, and 2 pot @ the back. By the way, do you need to get engineer to approved if you need to change your brakes? like you did on yours.

Looks great, love the brakes. Wish I had some cash to put into mine. Which endlinks are you going with? The Legacy has metal endlinks already.

Its 2inch stock piping! I have 3inch catback into a fujitsubo 3inch muffler inlet and no worries here.

I thought the B4 was 2.5" catback standard? I had a look under mine and it seems to go 2.5" then drops down again to what looks like 2" to the muffler, then 3" out, confuses the hell out of me. Exhaust guy was cautious about putting something so big on it when I got a quote, when he saw what was on it atm. I haven't had a chance to really look into it since January, same story, just no money to throw at it.

I'd prefer a fujitsubo or something along those lines haha. But then it is just sitting here waiting. I'd like to hear a sound clip of this GTB if possible :P

3" catback will have no dramas at all - had one on mine for as long as it was twin turbo (~4 yrs) and never had any dramas with it causing issue. If you change the dump pipe for one that breathes better (~2.5 - 3"), then you'll run into tuning issues (note: overboost and boost cut)

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. To be stripped and scrapped in time.

Im super stoked mate thanks for your help.

hey tsg I like the mp02 it gives a nice note not overly loud. Im pretty sure & dont quote me but the standard piping looks alittle smaller than 2.5inch like....2.25. but i havent had a problem with my tune or how it runs with my cat back, yours will be fine. The only problem i had with the muff is that i had to get the tip extended due to how the wagon is setup. The exhaust shop just chopped the tip off & welded a extension piece in.
