First time in 4 years I haven't been on assignment for the SWT on Australia Day celebrations. Looking forward to finding a spot to pop the rug, cuddle up with Jodie and Kaley and watch the fireworks. I'm sure the camera will still make a lil appearance somewhere along the line lol...

Photographer friends... I'm chasing a 1.4x converter for Canon L series glass... For the one dayer tomorrow... Any help will be rewarded with a bottle of wine or spirits..

Quick shout out for my dear mum... does anyone know of any rentals around? for under $300. We are going through the regular channels, but if anyone had a way of getting around the masses of other applicants, i'd be more than grateful...

What an amazing last 5 days, the heat and the hardwork, was all worth it. Seeing the urn reclaimed from ground level and through a telephoto lens was a real privilege and and to get a large pic run in The West was a cherry on a hard earned cake.
