Well Apple... lets see what your response is now... stupid iPhone wont update... and my phone is stuck halfway... keeps giving me an unknown error... needless to say i sent them a very unpleased message on here... basically a letter of demand... so balls in their court...

Standing around listening to boring speeches when you coulda been booked half an hour earlier, and finished half an hour earlier is fun... If only the people planning my roster gave a shit... :fork: me

Centrelink, Medicare, human services or whatever your called these days... Wake up to yourself... The service is an absolute joke... 8 counters available... 2 people working and about 50 people waiting... You also splash a phone number around to call and make things faster... Yet when you call, your experiencing a high level of calls, and my call can't be taken and to call back!! Seriously... This is not good enough.... 30mins I've been waiting, yet there are others who have been here longer...

Today we welcome into the world Kaley Grace Gellweiler, born at 2:28pm at 7lb 5oz. Mum and bub are doing brilliantly and are happy and healthy! Pics to come in good time :)
