Yeah bit of a myth that one, Gary. That's why it's funny how offended they get when you ask for a discount on a set!

Oh ok.

A puncture can be fixed if not in the sidewall. And it's rule of thumb to change both back tyres if they cannot get the same brand/model tyre.

So to change my question; does anyone know a place that sell a single new Federal Formoza FD2 tyre?

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

this might explain it

"It was even designed in consultation with Peter Stevens who, if you want another fact to wave around the pub to your new found friends*, was the designer of the original McLaren F1."

Gary, have you tried a tyre shop? Call some and ask if they have that tyre in stock. You aren't going to get a better response by asking gt (pretty sure none of us are literally tyre shops)

My grandad usually has the answers regarding g rubber (M'ostly for vintage cars etc, as he was the original Dunlop man).

Did you know Gary, the original tyres used cat gut instead of wire..!? Blew me away when he told me that.

Chances are, you will have to buy at least 2. Most places won't let you go with 1 new tyre on the car.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

Ashtickles is on the money, well as far as Tas goes. By law you have to have wheels of the same tread level on the front or back. But te fronts don't have to be the same as the rear. Make sense? So tyre shops down here are very reluctant to sell just the one.

So, i'm mostly likely wrong. Happy to admit that.

A good tyre shop should be able to order it for you gary. I only ever go to one place for my tyres and he has no problem ordering in the ones I want even though they don't usually stock them, he's sold me just one tyre before too.

My local is like nicknack paddy whacks as well, and will usually order in the wrong tyre for me. I often have to remind them, who my granddaddy was.

Pretty happy with myself this evening. Picked up a wagon rubber boot mat for the OBK for $30, almost new condition. Like a glove!
