Netflix have publicly stated they don't give a shit. The article is all speculation and guesses, you'll notice at no point does Netflix make any comment about it it's all "we conclude" etc etc.

It's possible once it's publicly available here in Oz they might start attempting to block us from accessing US content (and pricing) but I can't see them doing anything too drastic till we can pay for it here legitimately.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

They will be 110% behind this while using the cloak of "we're just trying to keep it cheap but Tony is being mean". They only need to be cheaper than Optus/Telstra variants to still be the cheapest option.

 

I guess those of us on 8GB/pm are a bit negative about this stuff...
