Morning all.

 

First time i've been through a drug/booze bus and had both tests.

 

Passed both obviously, but far out it takes forever.

 

I've only ever had it done once. They hand you this thing to scrape on your tongue so they can analyse your saliva, right?

Not for me. I had to scrape my tongue with this small contraption thingo. I did it all from within my car. They took the sample away and then came back to say all was good and that I could leave.

I've never done one in a car, interesting they'd take it from the tongue. Swab is normally inner cheek.

It was my first time so I really had no clue what or how everything went. It happened two plus years ago and I haven't done it since.

Since we gave up all our rights over the new terror suspicion laws - and this happened in most developed counties after 9/11 - how are we letting people that literally tried to kill us in Syria back into the country, and beyond that ridiculousness, their entire families and every friend they have should be deported immediately. I would say that's about 160 people.

 

But I can get searched on the street with no more cause than 'suspicion'

Also I think the estimate of 200 going over to fight is light on. I'd double that easily.

There is evidence Gary, just the law hadn't passed yet, and retrospective prosecution is a very slippery slope and would destabilise our sense of justice as a nation. 

 

Basically they left before the law passed. So they're sweet. But, the DEFINITELY involved themselves in the conflict.

Bullet between the eyes by some unknown undercover cop/special agent disguised as being a part of a gang or whatever could work. Or even pushed as a random kill and the shooter never caught.

The scary thing is, a lot of people are already calling for us to lower ourselves to their level. If we do that - they'll be gone in a month. Tops.

Good. The more that go over there, the less there are left here in our back yards and the higher chance they have of being killed. Anyone who thinks that all this shit that's going on is good or even a slightly positive thing should also fuck off.

My point is more that, the twenty that have returned represent a fairly small percentage of the total Australian citizen rebel fighters that have left for conflict in other nations that will STILL BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS IN AUSTRALIA.

 

 

Australia has always felt so far from it all.

Oh yeah I don't doubt that at all. And I live a suburb away from all the drive by shootings, stabbings, raids where ammunition and firearms have been found as well as large sums of money, drugs, etc. It's very real.
