Mine is 8yrs part time. But if I don't get my new job this yr I'm going fulltime.

It's just I work 6 days a week and have 3 kids. I can't see me having too much time to do it all.

Yeah I work full time, but some days I have the whole 8hr shift to work on Uni, plus my colleagues are Psych Honours graduates and my wife has her Masters in Psych and her own practice, so my environment helps. The hardest part is getting to Uni, I only have 2 contact hours/week but it can cause havoc with my roster. I started out with online study while still in Navy and that worked well for me, I just changed to UNSW because it's the 2nd best Psych school in Aus,and 14th in the world, and if I want to go into PhD it helps to be at a good school. If I decide to back to ADF I'll be going back to online, cos ADF don't care where your degree is from.

im working full time hours doing mine too, 40hr work week, and currently 6hrs per week contact on campus.
i reckon give it a chance reevesy. once you get into the swing of it and work out your time management side it becomes alright, it took me probably a semester or two to really sort myself out and get the hang of it.
online is a pretty good go i reckon. open universities ive heard good things about, mainly because they have deals with a heap of different unis, so i think you can pick and choose different courses from each?

My missus completed her Bachelor Of Criminology and Forensic Science through Open EDU.
It was pretty sweet.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.
