Some client's family member seems to have forgotten a conversation she had with the coordinator (my colleague) who isnt in the office until tomorrow.

She was angry because her 90YO father wasnt taken shopping today. Angry doesnt even begin to define it.
You know why no one picked him up? Because he's over his allocated hours (govt funded) and he had to cut back. They were given 3 weeks warning and still forgot.

I can understand when the old people get angry, and I even side with them because I know how tough it can be for them, even its their fault. But the daughter...no excuses. If they've already gotten the warning letter, someone should've known. Nicely handled Terminator. Nobody reads letter these days. Should just call them next time and make it extremely obviously. Some people are slow.
