...for the Lib?

Destined for duty in the upcoming Murcielago successor, this 6.5-liter V12 is an all-new engine – designed, developed and produced entirely in-house at the company's Sant'Agata Bolognese factory. It features four-valve cylinder heads made from an aluminum-silicon alloy, short stroke and lightweight construction to deliver an output of 700 horsepower and 509 pound-feet of torque.

Along with the new engine, Lamborghini introduces a new type of gearbox called the Independent Shifting Rod (ISR) transmission. Employing dual shifting rods, the ISR is said to be able to shift nearly 50 percent faster than a comparable dual-clutch gearbox, while weighing considerably less

Yeah, I've seen it. It's awesome but the claim that it is going to be 50% faster than a DSG? The 458 changes in 50m's - so... this is going to be a manual shift in under 30m's?

????

REALLY?

Yeah, I'm sorry to be a doubter, but I really can't see a manual change happening faster than an F1 car...

I'm pretty sure PT Cruisers have the fastest gearbox in the world.

The Cruisers with the flames have upgraded gearboxes too, it's practically instant.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

I laughed the other day when I passed an Alfa that (judging by the number plate) could not have been more than a few months old with its bonnet up parked up on the kerb.

@SHIV: I sent an email to those Mars people two days ago, and I have not had a reply? Normal? I'm getting pretty desperate for these tail lights....

*sigh* Unfortunately yes <_<

Sellers English isn't very good so it helps if you dumb things down a bit and keep it simple, otherwise they have trouble understanding. Its worth the wait though - all good quality products I can confirm.

I just don't want to make an eBay account and would like to order direct from their website, but their sign up process is broken! Frustrating. I really want it fixed before I drive to Perth for Christmas. I used the online coding and single syllables... hoping for an answer today!

Don't make an eBay account.

Your money will run away.

Just like mine did.

I swear I spend 4 hours too long on eBay each day...

You're right, its not working. Start badgering them, then they'll take notice. Their language barrier is no excuse in this instance.

BTW - I just compared the prices between their eBay store and online store. Its more expensive on their website - very unusual, given the eBay stores are usually more expensive due to the fees they pay for each sale they make and advertising it. Make sure you ask for a price better than that listed on eBay.

I swear I spend 4 hours too long on eBay each day...

You told me you spend 4hrs a day on CarPoint. Then theres eGay and SubyClub....gee I'd hate to be paying you a wage

Plus if something goes wrong, you can threaten them with bad feedback.
I made the mistake of ordering my Eonon through their website and lost out in the end.

Yeah, eBay sellers absolutely hate bad feedback. It's like the end of the world to them!
