I don't think you really need to watch the cricket to know what is happening.
Watching Australia lose still beats working.

I get a lot of delight out of not caring about cricket. But I must say, some of the people in this country really need to chill out on the whole deal. Like all old men, I listen to ABC regional talkback radio - at all times - and I find the amount of other old people ringing in and demanding heads to roll over this recent tournament performance is quite disturbing. When did we become Pakistan? So we came second for once. I don't think we have to sack everyone and throw rotten bananas at their grandparents.
I agree on that.
The media and majority of the population absolutely HATE the team when we lose something for once.
and that one test that we did win, they were straight back to the front page and were like kings again.

Cricket commentators in particular LOVE the Australians to lose, because, as we know all the ex players that are now commentators NEVER LOST A MATCH IN THEIR ENTIRE LIVES - that they'll talk about anyway. So they love to sit there and pick apart what they would have done differently, and talk about 12 year olds in far north Queensland that are showing promise in the u/13 boys A grade competition.
