OMG massive praise to Subaru's commonsense. I left my sunroof open last night by accident (only tilted) and it rained. The car was parked on a slope with the front facing downward, so that really is as bad as it could've been.

But theres this lovely little plastic frame I never knew about which obviously funnels water away from the cabin.

Came back to the Outback and the passenger window was down.
Seat was drenched!!

in your area the bottle shop that always served me well is the one that's at the city west link end of Norton Street. Basically on the corner when you turn off City West Link onto Norton. They were originally an independent but got bought by a chain but the old owner stayed and continued buy his own beer selection. I got hooked on Astra and a couple of other beers when i was in Germany and they used to get them in for me. They used to have a very comprehensive selection last time i was there. The bottle shop on Johnston Street in Annandale was also good. Not a huge range but good selection. Camperdown Sellers on Parramatta Road is actually REALLY good. Big range and good selection. I'd say Camperdown or Leichhardt are your best bets
