The point of posting the B&R was that I don't like watches that you have to 'explain'. The Nixon that Walts posted, perfect example of a watch that speaks for itself.

It's like explaining to a girl WHY your STi is better than a normal WRX in an introductory conversation, stop for a second, do you sound like a complete dick? Yes sir. You do. How did you know you've only stopped for a second though with a douchebaggerous watch like that?

Explaining that your watch movement is modelled off of a compass, same thing.

It's all personal preference. I wear my watches more than anything else I own, so they have to be something you enjoy.

Oh, I tried to make a phone call the other day at 80%. By the time i finished dialing it was 20% warning.
