So after getting my copy of GT5 a couple of weeks ago, I finally got around to installing it last night. After 72 hours and 12 minutes of installing I was over it and couldn't be bothered playing anymore so I just played one race to see how good it was. It was pretty impressive blasting round laguna seca in an Audi r8 in 3d.

So my car just stopped working.

I drove to the servo, filled it up with fuel, and then went to start it to drive off, and nothing.
It wasn't cranking, so I got a mate to come down and jump start. Charged it the tiniest bit, so it would crank once, then nothing.

I'm fairly certain the battery has just suddenly gone kaput? Has anyone heard of a battery shitting itself straight away?

It wasn't cranking, so I got a mate to come down and jump start. Charged it the tiniest bit, so it would crank once, then nothing.

on another note , im highly contemplating , getting the gen3 seats i just got re skinned in leather , they are so much more comfortable than the gen 2 ones

Battery is old as. Ive had problems with it ******* out in the past, but they were easily fixed via a jump start.
I have a new battery en route, so I'll let you all know how it goes.

yeah a new battery should hopefully fix it , my old TX5's battery wouldnt even turn over on a jump start , sometimes they just **** up

Yeah well the car I tried jump starting it with was a corolla, so there was no chance of that happening.

Worst case, I'll just replace the engine with an STi engine

This happened to my Outback. There was 2 weeks of no driving though as it happened while I was on my honeymoon.
Picked up a HD battery for $70 and she works fine now
