I would write it, take some time (1 day). Then print it, do as though you were going to hand it in and leave it in your (locked) draw or something over night, come back, read it again the next day and make a decision then.

No chance of a pay rise here.. Nah i'll go talk to him first when he returns from holiday next week and tell him in person if i get it, or one of the other jobs I applied for.
I'll even be decent enough to give them an extra week if i can.

I was meant to have a company paid mobile, laptop and was meant to get paid overtime.. but now they just tell me not to work overtime cause they don't want to pay me overtime rates.
