Good to hear Cam, When I quit the ciggies, a year and a half ago (about), it was only an ongoing win. I didn't feel like a legless 90 year old war vet with emphysema, and it began my weight loss too.

Nothing better than going to the shops (even when you are broke) to buy some fresh threads, when you're loosing chub. I did that very same thing last night

I had a scary dream last night.

There were Lions, tigers and cheetahs in my house and all I had to shoot them was a paint-ball gun.

Then I ran out of paintballs so I had to start kicking them.

I was scared, when I woke up I checked the house for all wild African beasts and it was all clear.

A bloke a work brought his black A9X hatchback into work.
