Murdoch Business School would like to invite you to apply for a very exciting opportunity that has arisen to visit Germany and complete a 6 month internship at the Faculty of Business, Ostfalia - University of Applied SciencesOstfalia University of Applied Sciences. The University is located in Wolfsburg, Southern Germany.
Whilst you are there you will be given experience in the following areas:
· Assisting in organizing their new International Projects (e.g. International Communication Platform, International Spring Semester)
· Assist in developing and creating lecture material and case studies in English for the study field international business/management/marketing.
· Support in research projects (international business and marketing)
There is also an opportunity to participate in the following seminar that is taught in English:
International Sales Management (6 credit points according to the European Credit Transfer System)
Students would need to be available to commence this placement from Monday 15th August until the end of December 2011 (return before Christmas) or alternatively, from March 2012 until June 2012.
Students wishing to apply for this placement should supply a CV, including the names and contact details of two referees, and attach evidence that they can meet the requirements stated below:
· Australian citizen or permanent resident.
· English Speaker or Fluent in English.
· Enrolled in the second or third year of a degree with the Murdoch Business School.
· No German skills required, but basic German language skills would help to “survive” in Germany. There could be an opportunity to take part in a German language course for beginners.
· Positive attitude; determined in the workplace, reliable, open to meet new people and self confident.
· Skills in power point, Excel and Word.
Conditions/salary – 630 Euro per month.

I regret not going to Canada for my uni transfer.. was offered but was offered a job also and thought a year of debt vs a year of paying job.. i had to pick the money but that looks like the lady gets paid while there.. so no debt!

I know it's disgustingly grown up of me, but having just bought a house and dog etc, s'gonna be tricky.
