Ahh better than expected..

Boss understood, just said its a mixture of family issues also and that the other position offers more flexibility and that i don't feel i will be able to meet the requirements of the position. in the future without affecting my family.

Gave me the option of early departure too.. going to leave 1.5 weeks..

was in a good mood because i just worked my arse off today and fixed a heap of niggling issues.

also offered that i could consult occasionally where i can to provide help n ****.. he was happy with that.
