its nice and sunny here in melbs just rode into the city and back only a short 35km ride today =]

I think the important part of the story is that some of the first guided missiles were launched from 'USS BARRY'.

Love the begging scene here, went to the markets this morning (fruit/veg markets, not touristy) and some old dude was on about his wife needing heart surgery. That's a pretty tough hustle man, **** must be super tight for an old dude to be stooping to these measures. I'm back on guilt free resort island now though. Bought some fresh pineapple and I'm making some liqueur in the room while 'Lish is doing the dayspa tip.
This should be awesome. I even got some Fijian sugar and water to make it authentic.
Kava ain't **** so I'm making my own.

Seems to depend how you mix it. I was going to cop a kilo at the markets, but **** got fresh really quick so we bailed. Sunday all the god fearin' Fijians are in church, so the left behinds are the left behind. Feel me? Have had it a couple of different ways, but there's no way you'd consider it a tasty drink.

Gotta have it done up by the islander guys, they know the way. We used to sit in a circle and you have to signal for when you want more, pass it hand to hand. Little trick, have 2 beers before you drink kava, makes it taste better. Best thing about Kava, is it's all water based so hydrates you and no hangover.
By the way what's all this USS? HMAS is where it's at.
