and they didn't even use the racing line around the top of the track and the dipper.
I would think the dipper would tear the front aero off!

My mates brother, my mate and I, all put in for a S13 drifter. the brother races it, both of them work on it. And I occasionally drive to the races to see my investment pull sick lines yo! I've only had time to drive it (not drift it) once, but maybe just do that, get a bunch of guys together and all put in. s12's are Cheep cheep cheep. And drift is cheap pov-spec competition.
TBH a drift car would be the absolute last form of motorsport I would take part in. Personally I can't stand it.
To me those things are like a dog on wet lino.
I can understand that it can be a budget form of motorsport but I was thinking more along the lines of historic touring cars.
Maybe one day I'll build a club sprint car.

End of the season after the final race. The car is being prepped for shipping back to the UK and the engine is at the end of its racing life. What would you do? Have some fun? Why not.
The engine is started in 6th gear to warm the gearbox oil (shared with engine) then, once warm, shifted into a lower gear (if you look you can see a tech reach into the cockpit). The engine is being controlled via a laptop by a guy to the left of screen (near the white box) and in his hand he has a push button hand controller for the throttle. The pit limiter is normally set around 4000rpm but for this has been raised to 17,000rpm. The bloke is just blipping the throttle till the exhaust gets nice and hot. Apparently this didn't hurt the engine, much.

Yeah. It's budget, and a lot of cutting edge parts come out, it's a young guys thang, we're all only early 20's. Rather get my drift fun with that, then on the road, farking hate seeing a Silvia on the road all done up like a drift prostitute, HATE HATE HATE.TBH a drift car would be the absolute last form of motorsport I would take part in. Personally I can't stand it.

Buy a Mini. We have one, not worked, but they're cheap-ish, especially if you're intending to race it.
If thy tint is dark and thy wheels are black thou car be declared b11tchin'
