I hate this. One of our field workers got a flat in a work car but had to go to a clients place.
I was asked to take out another car to her, then wait with the car until the NRMA turned up to change the tyre. It took a good hr for the NRMA to arrive + 20-30 mins for the office to find the proceedure for such an event and follow it properly. Included finding the right numbers to quote, etc. I could've changed the tyre half a dozen times myself in the time it actually took.
Also felt like a little girl watching the NRMA dude do it all
