I don't understand why Sydney was even considered a good place to live previously - have these people been to Melbourne? Melbourne smacks the crap out of Sydney living in my opinion!
LOL! It must have been some EPIC blowjob Mr. Sydney (dylan??) gave the judges for Sydney to win over Paris.
EDIT: Australia has NO (read: NO) culture compared to Europe (and paris in particular)
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

they come in 8GB, 16GB & 32GB AFAIK? ...well the touch's do ne way and i think the phone is the same
no need for an SD card:)
Rubbish, SD card makes it much easier to tranfer media from a PC (or otherwise) onto the phone. If they can't do it, then I'm not getting one.

Haha.
How is this true? I don't understand why Sydney was even considered a good place to live previously - have these people been to Melbourne? Melbourne smacks the crap out of Sydney living in my opinion!
The majority of that piece was in reference to 10,000 survey participants favourite city to visit, not live.
There is mention later in the piece that Melbourne was ranked number 3 out of 140 best cities to live, while Sydney was ranked number 9.
Although if they want to compare apples with apples, they should be comparing Melbourne to Paris in terms of the cultural references, cafe culture, arts, multiculturalism, food e.t.c.
Keep in mind, this was printed in the SMH, so they are probably doing a fair effort in pumping their own tyres.

Oh right, visit. Well in that case Sydney shouldn't even compare. I visit it every day and I still hate it.
If Melbourne can be compared to Paris maybe I should re-evaluate my position on 'never wanting to visit France'! After seeing Alex's (AMS) photos from his recent trip, I really have been reconsidering.
When I went to Melbourne over new years I loved it, stayed in the CBD and just everything about Melbourne was awesome. Few places I didn't check out though, but over all it was good fun.
I am not sure that the SMH toots their own horn as much as another Sydney paper, but you could be right Chris.

Wotchootalkinbout?
SD card is so old school fool!
iPhone connects to your PC througyh USB and is just as fast at transferring files as and SD card reader. As mentioned by Alex, it also has Blue teeth.
Why do you specifically want a phone with an SD card anyway? Most new phones don't have a full sized SD card, but have mini ones that don't connect to your PC, but connect through the phones data cable.
