I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

haha shaz, talking of Avatars.. my son is convinced he knows where that playground is lol

although i know he doesn't, its funny to watch a 5yo go nuts doing the same thing at the playground today... i was laughing my arse off.. many of the other parents were not so understanding.. but i thought it was great.. if i had my phone i would have recorded it for you.

Untwist gear knob

Pull off gear surround

Unscrew the pocket thing

Remove rubber and foam booting

Undo lonkage bolt

You may be able to access bushes from here.
Take out old bushes

Install new ones (pics are from short shifter DIY so obviously you won't have to swap them over!)

Put everything back together

If you can't get to bushes as above, take out springy washer (if you've seen the latest MCM vid they mention this)
Pull out shifter completely
You now have much easier access to the bushes

Put all back together

WINNING.
