I like both of those, but I seem more drawn towards the older one ;D

Also, Ferment is going well! it is about 11 degrees here at the moment, but I has a fermenter heat pad to keep the heatz up :D bubbling away beautifully and I can smell the hops through the air lock haha, god I hope this tastes ok.

Northern Brewer Hops (start of boil)
Cascade Hops

I really have no idea how any of this will turn out, but its one that the guy at the shop suggested as a good starter.

Happy Mothers day gentlemen.

Just took mum for a nice picnic up on Freshy Headland, went for a drive in the Lib. She loves it.

Now, onto LOTR. =)
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Not sure on the amount of hops..... I don't have any scales at home at the moment so I cheated and the dude at the HB shop measured em out and put them in bags for each addition.... I kind of forgot the amounts before I could write them down :S... next time I take pen and paper LOL. .. It did look like a fair emoung of hops though.



(I know, I suck :P)

He has also suggested a recipe book to have a look at after I get some practice.
