Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. I use a Rav-4 for work and its not too bad. Cool dials on the dash and a big sunroof above. Just really slow!

What's the difference between D and E? My key looks different to whatever you posted...

Yeh that's it. No rubberised buttons.

But generally speaking - whats the difference between D and E? They seem the same to me. Changes under the skin?

$7.5K

I'd buy both, keep rest of $$$ for parts and entry fees.

That's how it's done.

Have you had a go at programming it yourself?

Also I didn't think you could program the Key without the correct tool? (someone said.. NFI if that is true)

Morgs, Mine has the same key as the one you posted.
Maybe Shiv's is different because its the full blown grandpa spec?

Josh, i thought you could reprogram by connecting a plug near the door pillar to enable the learn mode??

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

I really don't know :D I would like to think that! if all I need to do is put the key in the ignition and connect a cable ide be stoked!
Just wondering if I head down to spare parts this afternoon and get a key, I can cut the fucker then try and program it myself.. worst case scenario I have to pay the extra $$ for them to program it.

Seems these methods only program the key for central locking and not to start the car (have to program the transponder for that) and do to that from what I have heard you need to plug a scan tool into the OBDII connector and program the key like that.
