LMFAO!! thats what happens when you get supermarket managers running auto shops! The shop here was good till bout 7 yrs ago when they axed the manager who had 30yr exp in spare parts and gave the job to a s/market supervisor.
There was one young fella that worked there a few years ago and when his car over-heated he went to put more water in as you do- only prob was he didn't know where to put the water and put it in the oil hole - FAIL!!

MUCH better than SuperFAIL as they're independantly owned, and the people there will actually HELP you and they KNOW what they're talking about, plus they'll usually match or at least get close to SuperCheap/Repco prices. They can usually order whatever you need in....
