Car chilling at s&j (with about 20 Sti's, a million rexxies, and 2 liberty sti's)


It was car porn at ASG last week. Didn't think to take pics but there was (that I saw)

Deep Red GC8 wrx with tan leather (looked reeeeally good)
Couple of random GC8's (IIRC one of the owners cars is an 11sec car, might have been one of his)
3 evos (8/9's) and one was in a racing spec (no interior and a roll cage)
2 r32 GTR's
2 180sx - unknown mods, but fairly sure one had a RB** conversion (a mate has just had that done... 440rwhp <3 gt35r)
a mean sounding lexus is200
and a supra or two
Oh and [PROTOTYPE] was there again (not sure what was broken/changing this time)

Sure did make my RS look like a big bucket of poop :/

Im not sure if its just my car or not, did the B4 only come with a screamer alarm on the inside and not on the outside? If not, how do you turn the outside one on, or can you hook up an outside screamer?

pretty sure they have both, internal one is for the remote (key) system, external one is for keypad system (I think).

Ive never heard the outside one, only the inside one (when you enter the key before the red light goes out)

Mine has one under the dash, and one near the battery. Quarrity screwdriver work will shut up the one in the engine bay quite easily, give the keyhole a fiddle and it'll start working again.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

ahhh i see, i think i have a key for that alarm thing in the engine bay (didnt think it was the siren tho) ill try turning it on, when i get my car back,

Key = flat screwdriver. My last 2 cars (both commodores, VN/VT) were both auto's. Never, ever, ever again. Good for receiving jobs that blow, that's about it.
