I'm just interested, why do you think you are going to court ? were you charged at the scene ? Sounds to me like a neg driving charge to me, just a silly accident, I can't see why it would end up in court unless there is something else playing a part. My suggestion would be to not tell anybody too much, you had an accident, it was a silly thing to do, it's over, you are OK, nobody was killed or badly injured, hopefully you learn and don't do it again, these things happen all the time, although they shouldn't really. Seriously glad to hear you are OK though, you are very lucky, and lucky you were in a Subaru. Regards Paul

I am going to the police station next tuesday for a interview. The reason i think im going to be in trouble is there was a undercover cop a few cars behind me. Plus a few wittnesses say i was weaving in and out of traffic prior to the accident. And to make matters worse a few seconds before the crash a moto rider tore past me and a few people told the police i was 'racing' the bike...

Im just going to go with ' i dont remember anything' . Cause i really cant remember shit......
