Cheers! I found the difference after a bit of searching on line. The special model for 1997-1998 is the RX. They just didn't have that listed anywhere, until i saw the microscopic fine print on the pdf file.

I didnt find it hard to get a hold of standard RX pads. Took the old one in while the car was on jacks. Local Repco did the job :)

were they in stock or ordered in? i tried repco and they didnt have any.. i ended up going for ferodo, they are hard pads but my rotors are getting replaced next time around anyway. b4/fozzy 294's with DBA 4000's... best thing to fit under my wheels :P also Jason, the fedoros are holding up good, they are definantly a harder pad than i had before (OEM) but they hold up well to fade (tested coming back down from Falls Creek), although in the morning they are a bit lackluster until they warm up a bit.

I don't consider having a cigar anywhere near like having a cigarette. Every now and then if it's a decent cigar I'll splash out, but you wont see me ten feet within a lit cigarette.

We're at 92c to the US$ at the moment. Heading for parity in the very near future with the likelihood of it going further and beyond 1=1! Crazy times indeed

I'm not even bothered about the USD right now, all my specialty equipment and vehicle interest is either Europe or Asia. Ain't nothing I want from America except some new music, maybe! The bigger picture though, we are an export driven economy. Overall this is not a good thing. But some shortsighted gains are there to be enjoyed, no reason not to take advantage. All us young punks will be paying for it for the rest of our lives anyway, thanks Kevin!
