when I lost lots of weight a couple of years ago... I went from obese to overweight (well, according to the BMI scale... which is crap cos it thinks I should be like 65kgs.. uh.. no)

My BMI is 24.8
Which is "Normal Weight"
185cm and 85kg

I'm 22.3 which is apparently bang on centre for normal weight, but I'm a skinny bloke - so I'm not understanding this at all?

From memory BMI is only useful for 'normal' people who don't do much (if any) exercise.
As soon as you start gaining muscle mass (like athletes) then BMI goes out the window. Athletes have their own formula to allow for muscle being heavier than fat...
(That's what a friend told me who works in a gym)

Alot of S4 owners upgrage their turbo's to either RS4 or RS6 turbo's. With supporting mods there good for 0-100 under 5 sec and 1/4 mile of under 13sec.
I would love to get a stage 3 S4 like this
