BWHAHAHA!

Hm. Came home tonight. Did the usual bumming around. Heard cat meowing at door demanding his usual food intake for the evening and opened the door to let him in. I noticed his face was looking a bit funny, "hm, must have just been the lighting" I thought to myself. Anyway, let him in and when he got out in the kitchen I took a look at his head. It looks like he has been kicked or hit by a car, or had his head bitten by a large dog.

There's a puncture wound on the top of his face, blood in one of his ears and his eyes are a bit glazed and weepy, cut on his nose and forehead and his whole face has swelled up. I've put some dettol in warm water and rinsed his face and ear as best I could but I think a trip to the vet to disinfect might be in order.

He's about 16 years old, it sucks to see him living his last days out like this.

In other news, this makes me tickle down below...

In the new Golf R, the 3.2 litre V6 under the bonnet of the R32 will be replaced by a superhot 2.0 litre twin-turbo development of the 2.0 litre unit currently doing service in the 2010 Golf GTI.

Unsourced speculation earlier this year had the 2.0 litre twin turbocharged power plant producing up to 224kW (300hp) in the Golf R.
