thanks guys. it's a huge relief to finally get this done. i've been looking for almost a year so it's nice to finally have this sorted. hopefully i can bring the settlement period forward to 3 weeks instead of the normal 6 which means i could move in before Christmas...HOOT!!! oh and less that 100 to go!!!
