Its not sposed to say anything because there just standard issue BB plates, but BB-44 is sorta like B4

Sweet. So you pay a fee when you buy them initially and then they're yours forever? Seems like a good system to me!
In NSW, they think of it as, we are 'renting' the plates from the RTA - so we have a yearly fee and when we finish with them, we give them back. Or if we dont use them for a while (even when changing cars) we have to pay the RTA to hold them for us! Even if they are the standard plates that are issues by the RTA, we have to have both sets in hand when doing anything with them. GHEYYYY! I guess it reduces the amount of ppl putting fake plates though!
