I've kind of already pulled the trigger, but I'll let you know where I am at. Putting 19mm Marri T & G down on batons straight onto concrete. The concern was that the concrete will create moisture (moreso because it is 280mm slab - winery grade, plus the Marri being so susceptible to moisture deformation) so I was told I'd have to go for ply and plank instead. I have researched with my builder the option of sealing the conc with a sika product that is just a roll on style sealant, this way I could retain the baton T&G flooring - which is important so for me so that I can run services underneath the planks, rather than cutting into the aforementioned 280mm slab! Looks to be the way to go. Otherwise I'll be looking at 300sq of Tuart which I'm guessing will just look like a big fuck off squash court? Jarrah - too dark. Fucking CHEERS to an early knock off mate - I'm seven different kinds of jealous. It's five past two here, and the end is nowhere in sight. Have steered away from modwood due to cost, but the zero maintenance is quite alluring. Decisions decisions.

Sounds like you've got it sussed. Marri (redgum, yeah?) should be a fucking awesome floor. Bloody beautiful timber!! M&D have 4' thick slabs of it for kitchen benches. Early knock only way to go in this heat! and don't worry I'll have an extra coldie for ya!!

Pics? lol :lol:

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

I want to know, does mowing the lawn in the morning negate the socially acceptable time to have a beer? ie. I just mowed the lawn and want a beer, but it's only just gone 9am.... acceptable??

Anytime is beer time, Your mower needs a stubby holder...
I think any product would benefit with a stubby holder

Stubby holder? Check :)
Gotta be careful though coz all the dust and grass always makes its way into the drink! Enclosed water bottle FTW :)

Just make sure you don't hit anything bigger than a 20mm branch! Damn huskies are all aluminium spindles. They are so light, I have one sitting on my desk right now, smashed and cracked. Once any form of manual labour has been completed, it is automatically socially acceptable to be drinking. Seven o'clock here, more of a spirit drinking hour.
