Wanting to paint my calipers soon. Hate the rusty metal look.
Should i do something out there and paint them white?
Hubs will go black but thinking wanting to do something different with the calipers...

I think white will look good, but have fun cleaning them everyday lol

Valid point.
Though i found i had that with the black as well.
Gold was kept surprisingly clean without me having to touch them.

The car is so ridiculously expensive that it just doesn't matter. I don't think I care what TG think anymore anyway!

Haha nah their only 17s.
with 215/45's on them. Means when im doing 100km/h according to the speedo, im actually doing 93.75km/h.
I need 215/55's to fix it all up - it will fill the gaps out more with more tyre as well.

Not heaps keen on the gold this time round.
With an all-white car it would def be a possibility but because the lower panels are silver, it would just be way to busy!

Hows the sale of the old girl going?

215's are too fucking skinny for an Outback. Bank some 245's like mine and you'll love it - especially offroad fun time. Also, I think you will tyre of white, unless you are going for some white rims to accompany the look. Outback's have massive guards to fill, and they are jacked up to start with.

If 225's were in my budget there would be no question.
From my research so far there have been a good $50 per corner difference.
One shop even told me they would not fit. LOL
If you're sporting 245's then there should be no issues with 225's!

I have 245's on 18s - so they'll fit. The only limited you might have is rim width.
