It all depends on the broadcast rights of the people recording it. Maybe F1 is allowed international broadcast on that particular company/channel.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

So can I get woopdanged for using it? I'm on NextG and I still don't think they have any way of monitoring me, I go over by heaps of gigs each month with no slow down...

Nah Nik, honestly nothing to be concerned about yet mate.

You're ballsy doing that with NextG mate, heard many a nightmare of excess usage charges through them - just be careful.

Nope, none. I have checked over and over again. They cannot tell me my monthly usage. At 115/m anyway, they'd have a nerve for excess charges. Also, I am on a package that just slows me after I've reached the limit, so they're fucked either way.

Dyl, it almost seems like their own 3g service isn't being presented to whatever they terminate the session with as layer2 - no shapping

^^ What he said. Derrrr. :D Also, I will go to the end with Telstra. You're talking to a bloke that got a 4k credit after about 17 hours on the phone over a couple of weeks. It's all on my record at the T, and they know I'll go all the way.

it's quite common for the NextG stuff to not be throttled, i wont go into it too much but NextG was pushed out way too fast, when i was at telstra we knew it was coming, there were words about this new 14mbit network going to be released blah blah then one day it was SUPPRISE! we just went live... heres a document.. support it lol and this was at their Global ops centre so we should have known about it! Nik is safe from excess usage charges, the only thing that may happen is a disconnection due to "abuse of the service" and not using the service within "our fair use policy" but truth is cause he lives out in the sticks and there is probably nowhere near enough traffic on his local tower to warrant them looking into it or him even popping up on the radar :P

also remember kids, if your driving a diesel and run out of fuel in the bush and all there is near you is a mobile tower.... they keep drums in the brick house thing next to the tower lol. but i didn't tell you that :P nah honestly, farmers constantly knock the towers off for their diesel. all that happens is we used to get an alarm for low fuel and send out a tech to top it up and replace the padlock lol

SHIT ITS HERE AGAIN!

Damaging winds, very heavy rainfall and flash flooding are likely.

There was a wind gust report of 95km/h from Frankston at 6.20pm.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce very heavy rainfall and flash flooding and may produce large hailstones or local damaging wind in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Horsham, Ballarat, Bendigo, Seymour, Maryborough, Geelong, Melbourne and Traralgon.

Thunderstorms have been very active in the line from near Horsham to Melbourne. The main phenomena expected is heavy rain but there is still a small risk oh hail near 2cm and wind gusts near 90 km/h.

I really hate This kinda crazy weather... especially when i dont have a carport or garage! only a tarp strung up between trees!
