Nik, blue tongue may not be the nicest beer out there and I will agree that it doesnt compare to Fat Yak (my fav at the moment) or my lasting favourite beer from an 800 year old monestery in that beautiful place Bayern (youll know that one I mean ) but you have to admit it still better then VB or Carlton Draught when Im on a bit of a budget for the next few weeks its not a bad compromise.

My old boss does this thing with his mate every week. 8 beers, 4 different types, they split it and rate them on taste, appearance, smell, feel, and a few other things fill out score cards, then at the end of the year they come up with a winner, Yak came in the top 10. its pretty funny, its like wine tasting except they drink the whole beer lol. he even does the whole thing into a spread sheet and then they email the winning company.. one year he got some marketing pack from a Swedish Brew. i guess it makes the weekly drinking session exciting lol. So my super mcfugged ankle doesn't "Appear" to have any fractures but they cant be sure until the swelling goes down as it may be compressing the fracture. but i have some pretty serious ligament and tendon damage =( Going to have to do Physio so i can regain full motion. oh and something about learning where my ankle is again cause my body will have a misaligned base point which will cause me to twist sprain it more easily. All in all SHIT! free booze for a few hours vs pain and complications for the next 8 weeks. and its my fucking clutch foot too! it better be good for the cruise on the 5th. and my week up in the snow...! AGHHHHHHHH

Melbourne Hates Ankles when mixed with alcohol, Our work christmas party we all got flown to melb, after the night one of the guys I work with was doing some running to try and catch a taxi (he was drunk) tripped on a gutter and broke his ankle in several spots and also fucked some tendons.

You will end up doing a bunch of exercises based around balance, such as a ball thing that looks like saturn, balancing on the bad leg (ouch), stretching etc. The worst for me was having my foot held on the table and then with his other hand, shoving my leg back (stretching the tendons back after they started to get tight).. It brought a tear to my eye thats for sure

Haha, fair enough. My assessment of Blue Tongue is only so low because of the way it all went down. They were making good, lowish volume beer until the complete whoring out of the company. I'd agree on it being a better alternative to CD's though!

Yak is already a slut! Made over east under brew licence of the controlling company. Then they fucking ship it back to us across the Nullabor and tell us to support out LOCAL BREW! BLOW IT OUT YOUR ARSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Still nice though, especially on tap. I'm at work too Richo, share the pain hombre.
