It relaxes the muscles. Apparently it decreases wrinkles this way.
Just say she had lots of wrinkles on her tongue. Or, Just accidentally inject it into her tongue.
Or if you don't have access to botox, a falcon punch, large cable ties and gaffa tape should suffice.
