Ok ran the boost leak test after catch can installation. No smoke. Yeah.
Also I use free ssm2 software on my lap top and drove the car with the 11 lists of parameters of P1241 code and it Identified readouts from 8 parameters
So it seems to be the 2 relief valve and the secondary actuator. How do I test both reliefs valves?
Also I realize the secondary actuator works on negative pressure and not positive (this secondary actuator is under the intercooler). How to test that as well?

So it seems that I narrow it down to the air controlled solenoid. When I check it apparently I believe it’s faulty. Jp-car parts is selling all 6 solenoid for that box for way to expensive I saw a guy on eBay and one for sale so I’m waiting on him to find out if he also has the air controlled solenoid as well and I will replace just those 2 and see if that fixes my boost issues

Problem solve. I got the alternator refurbished and this nasty code gone...I’m so excited
