Hey guys, not sure if anyone has done anything like this but ever since a few weeks ago with all the rain my parking spot at home has just turned into a mud pit.
If anyone has ideas of how to fix this can you throw them on here, i suggested blue metal but my Dad said that will just smash windows and cars with the mower... and there isn't anywhere else to park =/
Im thinking to just dig all the mud out cause theres rock not far down.
Thanks

It'd be a fair bit of work to dig it out. Hire an excavator for the day...

A whole bunch of sand might be a temporary fix?

I'd recommend getting a ton of soil and some grass seeds.

Level out the pit with new soil and sprinkle in the grass seeds. (keep off the grass for 2 weeks+) and the grass will return.

Soil + grass seeds are cheap as, and your folks will be happy with the new lawn LOL

Stop parking there and it'll probably fix itself.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

You have an Outback, drive it like it's meant to be driven.

Just keep driving straight through it like a B0$$.

Move out.
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

Concrete it.

Then this is your only option. If you continue to park there, it'll continue to be mud.

if its a council park dont put rocks down. unless you want to wear it. all i can sujest is dig a lower point further down the drain where it wont interfere with your parking, then the water will collect in the low point and not at the base of your drivway. what you dig out of the "low" point add to your driveway to smooth it out (dont dam it up)

or flog a big concrete pipe from the council and lay/dig it down in the drain and cover with dirt. then the water will flow under your car no dramas

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. drove Mums pulsie too far into the dam and got the fucken front wheels bogged. Mum flogged me for ages for being a bad influence on Nathan the wanker.
All you gotta do is sell your house, and then get a house with a driveway, then you wont have that problem anymore.

Anyway, gotta go Nathans been downloading too much porn and Mums new boyfriend is raging at me to save the downloads.

Hope this helps.

Well if you don't want dumb answers don't ask dumb questions!!

Its slosh because you've killed all the grass that was holding the dirt together.

Daniel

K if u looked at the picture u may notice i'm on my reds, which perhaps suggests i'm too young to own a house, also you may notice the driveway at the bottom of the picture, thats where my parents park... seeing as its their house
It was not a dumb/stupid question, i asked for ideas not why its happening, most of you a reading the question pretending it says what you want it to say.
and if a select few of you felt like you couldn't contribute something helpful such as morgan and start did, it would of been nicer if u just said nothing rather than its a dumb question.

Makes sense doesn't it?

If you wan't serious help or advice, consult your local bunnings, or landscaping place.

What kind of "car advice" will you get of a gardening and landscaping forum???

Starts intension was to be helpful, others was to be a smart arse. You've quoted soop saying park elsewhere and you left out the part showing him trying to be smart...
Don't pretend he wasn't

here's an idea. Park 20ft up from the spot for a few weeks and let the grass grow back...
