I wore my plate for like 2 months then i only wore it at night.. then i couldn't be F'd
teeth are eleventy billion times better than they were so meh. my wisdom teeth came through and fuxed it all up anyway.. you know they say braces before the end of adolescence is pointless now. .cause your jaw hasn't settled.

It's a retainer.
After you've had your braces off you wear it when you go to sleep to keep your teeth straight for a view years.

^^ After you get braces off, they take a mould of your teeth while they are nice and straight, And because your teeth have been moving for 2 years (3 in my case) they are so used to moving, and will move easially again, so the plate holds it in place while they harden up, and keep them straight.
