SLI is the biggest POS.. and ATI's competing cards are just so much more better in terms of value/performance..

back in the day sli = scan line interleaving/interlacing ? and was a 3dfx way of getting 2 video cards (voodoo2) to work together and makes games faster

now its Scalable Link Interface and is the nvidia way of doing essentially the same, but differently

Crossfire is/was the ATI/AMD way of doing it, not sure if its used.

I played version 2 - 6 (pre beta) CS with an s3 verg 4mb :D ... on a 133MHz Pentium MMX, which OC'd to 166 :P Got it to 175 but the fan failed and it got too hot so I kept it at 166

ahh, those were the days.

ujelly Walts cause of my 4870X2 crossfire'd setup essentially creating a quad-fire arrangement? And my 4 year old Q6600 which I still have overclocked to 3.8ghz from a stock 2.4ghz for the past 3 years at only 1.41v?

Just trying to sort out ******* morons problems Morgs. And then when you tell the client you've taken over the issue because the other person is incompetent, they blast you and start threatening you and shit. It's like "Mate, if you want me to fix your shit, stop treating me like a ******* idiot. Being an asshat doesn't make me want to do my best to help"

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
